The fees are freely established between the lawyer and the client, both in terms of their amount and the methods and payment schedules and are provided in the legal aid contract on the date of its conclusion, before the start of assistance and/or representation of the client.
Legal advice is free when it is followed by a lawsuit or other activity carried out by the lawyer in the interest of the client or, following that the fee paid for the consultation will be deducted in full from the fee due for the legal service provided.
